Jack Skellington, who’s tired of the same old thing lives in Halloween Town. As far as being the Pumpkin King, he feels there is more out there than just scares and tricks.

Stumbling into Christmas Town, the spirit and warmth of Christmas comes over him. Plotting to take Christmas into his own hands he decides kidnapping Santa Claus should do it. Jack discovers that he is the Pumpkin King and could never be Santa Claus.

A musical fantasy, directed by Henry Selick, written by Tim Burton and Michael McDowell soon has the audience singing along on this rollercoaster ride of a movie.
