Alyssa, Editor-in-Chief
I have been part of The Expedition for two years and my advice to next year’s staff is to have fun and open up with one another, you all will be working together and it’s better to have a friendship with each other.
The Expedition is about learning new ways to write stories and what journalism is in this aspect. Along with being Editor-in-Chief I am also president of NEHS, a page editor for Yearbook and a member of NHS. My future plans are to get my drivers license this summer and attend college at EPCC in the fall to get my associates in journalism. I want to live a full life while learning everything I can along the way. Some of my hobbies include reading, shopping, baking and spending time with my family and friends.
I want to thank all my staff for doing an amazing job this year with the paper, especially Maya, she took charge when I needed her to and always helped when she could. I hope you keep that spark forever and always in everything you do.
Ms. Seltzer, a huge thank you for taking care of me these past two years, they truly meant the world to me. This experience helped me realize my love for writing and journalism.
