‘Angry Birds,’ from app game to movie

Angry Birds is finally in theaters, released May 19. It is based on Angry Birds, a Finnish video game franchise created by Rovio entertainment. The series was initially released Dec. 11, 2009.
The film is meant to explain how the pigs are involved in the game. The movie also explains how the birds think something bad is going to happen, they think they are under attack, but they never realize that the pigs are trying to take over the birds’ land.
The movie is directed by Clay Kaytis and Fergal Reilly and the stars are Red (Jason Sudeikis), Young Red (Aidan McGraw and Kallan Holley), Chuck (Josh Gad), and Bomb (Danny McBride).
The film is based on the game which has been out over five years. After seeing this movie, it will explain the meaning of why the birds try to destroy the pigs in the game.
