With returning director Zack Snyder at the helm, this movie is not only action-packed but glistening with gorgeous cinematography. It is an explosive movie with a wonderfully composed score by Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL adding to enthralling gut wrenching action sequences and heart touching moments.

This movie offers more than just pages off the book, it offers a brilliantly made hybrid adaptation that handles both political and emotional aspects of the real world, translating printed words from a script into a work of action and grappling thrills.

BVS is a goliath at heart with the added pressure of single handedly carrying the weight of the entire DC cinematic universe while pushing the definition of a “Superhero Movie” and reaching into the depths of a new era of hero, by presenting a grip of gritty realism while managing to bring together the two most iconic superheroes in comic book history. A lot was riding on this movie with an overall budget of $800 million including advertisement and production.

It is a movie with flaws that include rushed storytelling and minor subplots, but what is personality and character in a movie with no flaws, flaws make a movie.

This movie offers a new take on the Superhero genre as well as the return of our favorite heroes on the screen together for the first time, played by none other than Academy Award winner Ben Affleck as Batman and Superman himself Henry Cavill along with a long list of actors that make an all star cast. At the end of the day it’s up to the viewer to judge, but  Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is an experience worth the money.
