Ricky’s Boardwalk offers Eastsiders endless options

Ricky’s Boardwalk, located across the street from Oasis Lanes on Zaragoza and Pali, features an endless option of food truck fair from all over the city.

The park features delicious gourmet food from Antojitos Caribenos, Moshi Box, La Shakalosa, Sweet Addiction, Kona Ice Southern El Paso, Little Luna, Chuchis Tortas, Barking Hot Dog, Takorexico, Red White and Chew Flaming Island Grill, and Clasico Kitchen. Throughout the city at different locations, food trucks gather only for limited times, but unlike other food truck gatherings, Ricky’s Boardwalk stays at the same location making it easy to satisfy for a craving.

This location is the absolute perfect option for the entire family, because there is something for everyone to enjoy without arguing “what should we eat?” Everyone can make their own choice. The options include delicious Mexican cuisine, Japanese sushi rolls to all-American hot-dogs, burgers and soups. And for those sweet tooth cravings some food trucks include cupcakes, various flavors of shaved ice and sweet caramel-topped donut balls.

The boardwalk serves as a pathway for customers to walk from food truck to food truck, bringing the feeling of being out of town without straying too far. The colorful lights and music capture the customers’ attention from busy Zaragoza and brings customers in to try something new. Unlike other food truck gatherings, Ricky’s Boardwalk includes a playground for the children and a dining area, which will be updated soon.

Ricky’s Boardwalk is the perfect place to go with a date, have fun with friends or simply enjoy with the family, because it’s a different option from the usual sit-in restaurant dining.
