Super Bowl commercials; best and worst

Super Bowl is a memorable game that most American’s watch, but what makes it more captivating are the commercials. Companies spend millions to get a commercial on air.

Among the Best
Newfangled: – This commercial featured Katie Couric and Byrant Gumbel in 1994 trying to figure what the symbol @ means and how the internet works. The commercial fast forwards to 2015 when Couric and Gumbel are in the new BMW i3 trying to figure out how the car can run on wind power.

Lost dog:  – The commercial shows a farmer’s dog running after a car and getting lost. The farmer finds out and tries to find his lost pup with no  success. The dog finds his way back until a pack of wolves corner him, the farmers horses hear the dog crying and break out of their stables to rescue him and bring him home safely.

Real Life PacMan:  This commercial showcases a random man chosen to play a game of PacMan for real by running through a replica of the game’s maze. Once he’s successful he is rewarded with a bottle of Bud Light

Among the Worst
One-Upped: This commercial features Kim Kardashian West explaining roll-over data while making fun of her selfie obsession.

Fable:  The car company takes the classic tale of The Tortoise and the Hare and rewrites their race by putting them in cars.

Among the Funniest
All Powerless: This smartphone commercial shows the beginning of the world in chaos, because God ran out of battery in his cellphone.

Middle Seat: The commercial shows a man in a airplane trying to prevent people sitting next to him by picking his nose or clipping his toenails. This is until he see’s a pretty girl and pulls out a bag of Doritos to capture her attention only to find out she has a kid.
