The best burger in town has to be the Archuleta Steak Burger from Corralito’s Steak House. The place has a nice atmosphere and the waiters are very helpful. The food is spectacular with lots of different appetizers including mozzarella sticks or beef empanadas, and entrees such as filet mignon or sirloin steak. The Archuleta Steak Burger is different from any other regular old burger. No round patty here. It is made up of thin strips of Archuleta Steak. The steak strips are juicy and soft, so it’s easy to bite into. They use a special bun that gives the burger a good crunch and toasty flavor. The bun really makes this burger stand out.
