From the Head Photographer: The last issue has been assigned. Newspaper has been an online ride that gave me experience and some reality to the outside walls of high school.
A farewell is an expression of good wishes at parting, in other words I’m giving my wishes and saying my goodbyes to the newspaper staff.
My wishes to Ms. Seltzer, the best of luck with further issues and students, you have taught me much about newspaper. It is my inspiration and my next adventure.
My best wishes to the hard working staff who always worked together to get our issues done. Having friends like Dana, Bryan, Jenny, Priscilla, Nick, Lari, Irma, Nicole, Aime, Ruben, Diana, Norma, and Victoria, made the class easy to understand and fun when competition hit. Forever be proud to be part of the team that is the District Champs for UiL.
Thank you for all the laughs and all the hard work that made The Expedition a family. Farewell, I will forever cherish them in my heart.
Karla is the Head Photographer of The Expedition. She’s the president of Aware Club, manager of the wrestling team and a member of the debate team.
She has been in newspaper three years and plans on continuing with journalism after
high school.
The Expedition was fortunate to have such a hard working, sweet-tempered head photographer who took care of every photo assignment with a smile. Karla will be missed. All the best to you Karla!
