Everyone has a favorite superhero whether it’s Spider-Man, Iron Man, Thor or the Hulk. Even they, who are the mightiest superheroes have someone they look up to, someone who could be the hero of the most powerful beings, their creator – Stan Lee.

Stan Lee created many comic book characters that have influenced the entertainment industry bringing in billions of dollars.

“Avengers: Infinity War has passed the $2 billion mark which doesn’t happen often. Many heroes that Stan Lee helped create are in that movie and honestly it wouldn’t have made that much money if those heroes weren’t on it,” junior Adam Graham said.

Lee has changed people’s lives with his work.

“I have been a fan of Marvel movies and comic books since I was a kid. Everything would be so much different if Stan Lee wouldn’t have written comics, but he did, and I’m glad he did, they made me the person I am today,” senior Bryan Delgado said. “He made my life more fun.”

Lee died Nov. 12, at the age of 95 in a battle against pneumonia.

“I was devastated when I heard the news, because that man was my hero. I will never forget what he did for everyone including myself and I will forever be grateful of him,” junior Ulices Villalobos said.
