It’s summer and who wants to stay home all day. There are so many things to do.

Go out to eat with a friend followed by a movie, a walk in the park or even a trip to  Western Playland for some summer fun.

Family activities can include a trip to White Sands. It’s a nice area for a family hike, sand sledding, a cook out and it’s a great place for family photographs.

Don’t leave out a trip to the museum of art and history. The art museum is having a Paradox Drawing workshop and Community Art Installation June 9, noon to 4 p.m. The history museum offers free yoga every Thursday at noon.

Summer must include cookouts, playing sports with the family, going to a baseball game or joining a gym. Fully enjoy this summer doing fun things
