Wonder Woman Diana, (Gal Gadot) is an iconic superhero who ranks right up there with Superman and Batman.

Diana was trained to be an invincible warrior in the early 20th century. While battling with other men, she discovers her full powers and true destiny in life.

Wonder Woman dates back to the 70s when the first Wonder Woman series was made. Lynda Carter was the star of the TV series Wonder Woman from 1975 to 1979. There are about 22 movies in which Wonder Woman either appears or is the lead character. All productions made in the 70s and 80s were based on the same comic book character, Cathy Lee Crosby. In 1974, she starred as the title character for Wonder Woman.

The fact that there are so many Wonder Woman movies is great because fans can watch and rewatch them. Director Patty Jenkins’ reason for making the movie is to prove that when men can’t save the world, they have a little help from a strong woman. The producer is Charles Roven who is known for his Batman begins movie in 2005. The budget for making Wonder Woman may come in at a $100 to 120 million!

Given that the movie is already popular though it isn’t out yet, this is a Wonder Woman worth the wait. This film is out June 2, and is already raising some thrill throughout the world.
