An elvish Christmas with Buddy

Elf is a beloved children’s movie for the Christmas holidays. Elf was made in 2003, starring Will Ferrell and directed by Jon Favreau.

Buddy (Will Ferrell), is a 40-year-old man who is accidentally sent to the North Pole as a toddler and is raised by Santa’s elves. Buddy has lived his whole life in the North Pole as an elf in Santa’s workshop, but he doesn’t quite fit in.

He travels to New York City complete with an elf uniform hoping to find his real father.  Walter Hobbs (James Caan), is Buddy’s real father and is shocked to find out that he has a son. He even asks Buddy for a DNA test.

This movie is sweet, funny and a great film to watch with the whole family during Christmas break. The movie features fun Christmas music like Santa Baby, Baby It’s Cold Outside and Pennies from Heaven. The fun part about the movie is it relates to how children act and the Spirit of Christmas is everywhere and with everyone.
