Pumpkin King’s Nightmare

Briana Villalobos, Reporter

Thirteen years ago, The Nightmare Before Christmas came out in theaters. It was directed by Henry Selick and written by Tim Burton.

In the movie, Jack Skellington the Pumpkin King (Chris Sarandon) wants to stop running Halloween, and take over Christmas. Jack has a bright idea that doesn’t work out too well. Sally the humanoid ragdoll (Catherine O’Hara) doesn’t like his idea much.

When Jack takes over Christmas, he ends up changing, but Sally doesn’t like the new Jack.

The Nightmare Before Christmas is a great movie for Halloween and Christmas. In the end, changing can sometimes be bad and does not always work out.
