“How’ bout them Cowboys?!” Often seen as “America’s Team” since 1978, the Dallas Cowboys had success during the ‘70s and ‘90s in which they won a combined five Super Bowl championships.

Throughout the 2000s their success has not been the same, the team only made it to playoffs four times and have yet to make it back to another Superbowl. Surprisingly, the Cowboys are off to a hot 7-3 start and the running game has been vital to the team’s success led by a strong offensive line and premier running back Demarco Murray, who leads the league in rushing by a wide margin.

Also contributing to the team is quarterback Tony Romo and star wide receiver Dez Byrant who are playing their best in recent years.

The Cowboys look like one of the best teams in the league, and look to abandon their mediocre ways. The team is hoping to make the playoffs and hope to hoist the Lombardi Trophy once more.
