The two versions of the Justice League movie are greatly different. One is clearly better than the other in most aspects and fans know it. 

The theatrical version of Justice League left many DC fans disappointed back in 2017. With cringy jokes, a confusing and boring story, numerous flops during production, and a change in director, it did not meet the fans expectations. Most movie critics gave the movie a bad review and it was clear the movie had failed. 

When they announced Zack Snyder’s Justice League, fans were hyped. When the film released it was exactly what fans were expecting from the original movie, better fight scenes, a more understandable story, and an ending that made a lot of sense and leaves one with the idea of what would’ve been next for the franchise. 

Zack Snyder’s Justice League received great reviews, and it is clear that this version of the film is  an overall improvement over its predecessor. Because of fans Zack Snyder was able to complete his film the way he intended.
